British American Tobacco launched the MyGlo platform to introduce their innovative tobacco heating products to the Ukrainian market, a new category at the time. The goal was to create a fast, brand-aligned digital experience that clearly explained the product, its technology, and usage.
We supported BAT with ongoing content updates and structural improvements to the official MyGlo.ua website. Our work focused on:
• Highlighting the unique heating technology behind Glo devices
• Supporting product education and conversion through visual content updates
• Ensuring mobile-first layout improvements for younger, on-the-go consumers
• Aligning with strict brand guidelines while maintaining site performance
• Enabling fast content delivery across new campaigns and seasonal pushes
The MyGlo site was one of the first major digital platforms to introduce this product category in Ukraine. Our updates helped BAT quickly gain market visibility and meet early customer interest in alternative tobacco products.
