Case study
World Health Organisation
During the first months of the war in Ukraine, WHO’s public communications team needed to keep their digital crisis response section accurate, current, and accessible at all times. The content had to reflect frequent changes in humanitarian operations, medical aid deployment, regional health alerts, and country-level updates.
Every day mattered. The information being published wasn’t just organizational— it had real-world impact for people seeking care, support, or coordination across borders.
We partnered with WHO to support their team in updating, formatting, and publishing high-priority content on their Ukraine emergency pages. This included:
- Uploading health service announcements, situation reports, and program updates
- Maintaining multilingual versions of core pages for better accessibility
- Ensuring mobile optimization and structural clarity for high-traffic content
- Adjusting layout components and styling to reflect urgency without compromising brand compliance
- Collaborating directly with WHO editors to turn around updates quickly and accurately
All work was done under pressure, often with short notice and rapid feedback loops.
